Flashing screen (M14x R2)
Recently I've been seeing mild occasional flickers on my laptop's screen (mostly to white, sometimes a bit of color; also slightly distorted views of what I was looking at). They've always gone away almost instantly, but it is getting more and more frequent, and worse.
Moments ago my screen went completely white, flickering like that for a few seconds at a time. It seems to go away if I tilt the screen a little more, but then it comes back again. So, my problem is getting worse.
The flickers have only been happening for about two days, and because I am in college I have not had a chance to contact support about it yet, but now that the issue is getting worse I have no choice; it is nearing finals time, and I can't have my computer mess up now. It IS under warranty.
Is there an easy and/or quick way to figure out what is going wrong with my screen and fix it?

I ran the tests; the display fault (flickering screen) was displayed during the test, i.e. the screen flickered during the test.
The flickering is becoming more frequent and lasting longer, too. I no longer can play some games because of how distracting and disrupting it is, and it makes studying and submitting homework assignments a hassle as well.

Hi Kyrael,
As you mentioned that display flickers during test as well, it can be an issue with LCD assembly.
Also, you can connect system to an external display to isolate the issue.
I have added you as a friend. Please send me a private message with Service Tag and name listed on the account. To send a private message click on my DELL-username and then click "Send a Private Message". Provide your service tag and contact information so that I may access your system records.
Thanks & Regards

I have added you and sent the message. Hopefully this can be resolved before finals; as it is, writing essays and looking up information becomes tedious thanks to all of the flickering.
