Hi, 

Try reinstalling both the Intel and NVidia/AMD drivers. Uninstall both of them first and restart the system. Install the Intel driver first, restart the system and install the NVidia/AMD driver. You can download the drivers from the Dell support site.

OK i'll try that and let you know if it worked

now should I download both the "video driver" and "graphic driver" for the intel HD ?

I'm sorry I did not reply sooner, I was out of the office. Just the video driver will be fine. Let us know how it goes.
