gtx 680 problem

after dell technician replaced my broken gtx 660 with gtx 680 all my games is not launching.. to make my games work i need to switch card manually. what should i do?

Hi boyetpogi,

Thank you for the update. Updating the video drivers should resolve the issue. Go to Device manager, right click on both Intel and NVidia graphic cards which is listed under Display Adapters and click Uninstall.  Also check “Delete the driver software for this device” to uninstall the drivers. Also delete Catalyst Control Center from Programs and features.

Restart the system and click on the link below, enter the system service tag and click Submit. Select the Operating system from the drop down list and download the drivers which are listed under Video.

Install Intel driver first and then install the NVidia driver.  Restart the system after each driver installation.

Restart the system, check and reply with the status.

i tried it, but when i clicked uninstall my screen goes black for about 30 mins now
