shouldn't include service tag in posts. but you posted also in alienware forums so your in wrong forums brother..
anyway you can get from Microsoft directly and make a bootable cd or USB .. and either have your product key or such available during download

There isn't any forum that you get Windows 7 ISO files.
Windows 7 digital river downloads are gone as well.

I've got some clients running Latitude e6330 on Windows-10/64bit so you should be fine to install Windows-10 from Microsoft.com to blank HDD.
It should also activate with no problems.
If machine works, I suggest you turn-around and drop a 128gb-256gb SSD in it. They are cheap and that older laptop will perform much better (as in better than new).
