Horizontal Spot in Alienware M17x's display.
Hello, I am using Alienware M17x since 4 years, from last 2 months I am facing a Horizontal Spot problem in my laptop's screen. when I open it there is no spot, but after passing 2/3 hours the spot is coming , please see my attachment and and give me a suggestion.

Hi ,
Try by connecting the system to an external monitor/TV to see if the same happens on the external.

Thats physical damage to the LCD display. It cannot be repaired only replaced.
Its not as dramatic as this but its the same kind of damage.
Its not likely to show up on an external monitor.
