I'm having ping problems even though my internet is fine -Alienware
I'm not sure if this problem is to do with my laptop or the game itself but when I try to play Team Fortress 2 my character seems to stop, the screen flickers and it is sent pack a couple of places. In other words it glitches. Aswell as this my weapon sometimes will not swap from the primary, and other players can see this strange movement on there screens too sometimes the whole game crashes due to too high "ping" but it is not my internet connection as on my brothers laptop it works fine. I've tried re-installing the game many times but it has no effect. Thankyou

Hi Hugo, some more info would be good.
Computer Model, GPU, CPU, RAM, HDD, WiFi and Ethernet info will help

It is possible that the problem is with the game itself, you should test the computer with other games, videos or applications to rule that out. Let me know how it goes!
