Is shop cart malfunctioning?
Hi, I'm trying to buy an Alienware Aurora, I set a custom configuration for it, but when I click it into the cart to change something, it shows without any of the previous changes, losing em. I'm afraid the cart is not retaining the chosen options, maybe sending me a vanilla pc after bought... can you help me? Thanks :-)

Try setting-up your Dell Account first. Also a good idea to join Dell Advantage Rewards first also.
Try that and let us know.
What you are describing should work. Some of the better base-configs have better instant discounts.
However, I did notice they are re-coding (messing with
) the sales-config pages to add new Area-51 models. They might have temporarily broken some code logic.
