Just received new Alienware 15 r2 - AlienFX lighting issues.
Hello, Just received my new computer a few hours ago. Overall, everything is running smoothly, but I am noticing some issues with the AlienFX lighting. The lighting on the keyboard, logo, speakers, etc. work as they should. The lighting on the laptop lid however is off, and will not come on.
Did some googling, and tried the steps (turning fx off, restarting, re-enabling fx, cycling fx states and saving) and they still refuse to come on. Any one else have any suggestions? I am just hoping it's a software thing.

Hi,
Try reinstalling the Alienware Command Center application, click here for the download link. Uninstall it first from Programs and Features, then restart the system and install it again.
