Killer Xeno NetWork Card

If it requires special drivers ... re-install/update drivers?

Is this the driver you loaded? 

The Dell Agent already tested all kinds of versions that he can possibly found. but it still disconnect when i am in a game for 15 seconds or so. and when i lanuch the killernetmanager.exe it just say "killernetmanager.exe has stop working. no matter how many time i reboots and reinstalls. also i 've already tried that driver chris and no luck

Shot in the dark here . But someone had a very simular problem I read about on a fourm I was reading .Tthey had to reinstall/redo the IP address or something in that nature . Aparantly it was lost or the devise could not find it .

that seems to be very troublesome is there anyway if i contact dell to replace the killer xeno network card for a sound card or something is it possible?

You could try and call customer service . If that don't work you have 21 days to return the pc if I remeber correctly . IMO...the network card is not worth it .

Agreed. A solution to your problem will require effort on your part. If you are looking for the "easiest" solution ... you (or a friend that knows computers ... or possibly even a Dell tech.) can simply remove the card and you can use the on-board ethernet instead. Like Cowboy says ... it's also Gigabit speed ... so you likely won't notice a difference ... other than it should work properly.

Then you can get back to gaming.

Some how the dell agent i called earlier today fixed the disconnect problem. however, now there is a new problem. My mouse would froze at random time during a game, and only happens online
