last alienware ill ever buy.

The only thing worse than the m11x is the customer service.  This computer is supposed to be for gamers and it crashes playing games that are 6 years old, it freezes when i check my email.  i have a 300 dollar rebuilt toshiba with a pentium 4 running xp that blows this computer out of the water. I dont even know where to start with how horrible this computer is.  Is anyone else having problems with this computer.  I work with a lot of gaming groups and schools and ive already made sure to help everyone i can buy a different computer. wow what a dissapointment.

When i talk to alienware they tell me to check my warranty with dell, when i talk to dell they say they dont support alienware and to contact alienware, and the cycle goes on and on and nothing gets fixed. Any help would be appreciated.
