Low Fps on Alienware 17 Laptop

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit(10.0,Build10240)
System Model: Alienware 17
BIOS: A14
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: 12
Graphics Card 1: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Graphics Card 2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M

When I play games on my Laptop I get 60 fps on high end games but then after about 20 minutes or so I get constant spikes that bring me down to 10-20 fps ive ran a program to check the temperatures and I get about 60 degrees before launching any sort of games and it can get up to the 80-90 range.

also I tried all the trouble shooting on this post and it did not help my fps issue

Whether I set it to the highest possible settings on the game or the lowest possible settings I still get massive drops no matter what.

Might be time to pull it apart and repaste the CPU and GPU.  People are having really good results with Cryonaut, but I wouldn't recommend any sort of liquid metal or conductive past unless you really know what you're doing.
