We are sorry to hear that. Since the issue continues with the new charger, it could unfortunately be the motherboard or the battery itself. Try checking in the Bios (tap the F2 key during boot to access the Bios menu) for what it shows in AC Adapter type, make sure it is being recognized. Also, go to the Advanced tap in the Bios and check what it shows for your battery health.
