m14x right "eye" not working

Hi all,

I just got my new alienware m14x i7 windows 7 64bit and i noticed that the right lighting "eye" is not responding to alienFX. While the left eye is not changing colour, the left eye is not responding at all to the system, as well as I turn off all the lights it keeps its led on.

I also tried to change the coulours of keybord and pad; it all wors well with blue colour, but if I try to change colours to red, yellow, green or anything else, only the keyboard change that colour, while the pad turns white or some light blue graduation.

Help me, I don't know what to do :( guess I'll have to use alienfx just on keyboard :(
