M14x touchpad light not working

I recently got my m14x bought from outlet but the light of the touchpad doesn not work. I looked in the forums and try several things to make it work but had no success at all: reseating resting palm, pressing 30 secs power button without battery, desinstall command center, touchpad drivers, and OCD, and install them again. Nothing.

The wierd part is that sometimes the cumputer boots with all lights, including the touchpad light. And when Windows starts and alienfx message appears, the lights go off, since I had them that way last time I power off the laptop. After that I press Fn + alien fx and all lights go on (including touchpad), but a few momments later the light of the touchpad fades away. After that no matter if I turn off and turn on alien fx the light does not work. 

I havent contact Dell since I am waiting for a International Warranty Transfer.

Any help would be appreciate it.
