M15X Hotkeys Troubleshooting

I purchased my Alienware M15x laptop just over a year ago. Over that time I've had to unfortunately reformat and have been steadily getting all the original software all installed.

One ongoing issue, however, is the hotkeys above the keyboard no longer seem to work (Wireless on/off, stealth mode, command center, volume, etc.) and I cannot seem to get them up and running again.

Does anyone know what I'd need to download or install to get those working again?
