Did a reboot and windows didn't load the drivers for the NIC. Full shut-down and same thing. I can download drivers on my second machine and transfer. What drivers should I download?
Ok, downloaded drivers from Dell. Looks like drivers are embedded in the Bigfoot Network Manager. The manager loads ok but drivers won't load. System restore back to the old driver and square one.

Open the Device Manager. Remove the Killer NIC. Close the Device Manager. Reboot the PC. Windows will reinstall it. Re-Test the PC.

Ok, the issue was with trying to install a single file. Worked after downloading the download manager.
The driver loaded ok and i am now testing.
