M17X R4 Display Problem

My M17X R4 has started having a display problem as of yesterday afternoon. I am receiving static/snow/flickering horizontal lines across my screen.

So far I've tried booting to Safe Mode, to see if it persists, it does. I activated my AMD GPU to work instead of the Intel card, the distortion remained. I've hooked another monitor to my laptop, and the picture shows through perfect on another monitor, but persists on the laptop monitor.

I've opened the case, fussed around with the RAM... everything between reseating, repositioning, running with less to see if one of the RAM sticks were the issue... the problem persists. I've also completely removed my AMD GPU and it still persisted.

At this point I don't know what else could be wrong other than something with the LCD screen itself. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
