M18x R1 Keayboard Problem , Help Please
Hello Everyone
Please i need help , My Keyboard and all the controls around it stop working i don't know why
even the mini keyboard or the ( hotkey keyboard ) on the left side is not working
I don't know what is the problem , in the beginning i thought it's a cable or socket problem but i found out that
each part have it's own cable the frame is using a different cable .
But the power button is working just fine !!
And it's located in the frame , Right now it's the only button working in this machine is the power button
Also all the lights is working just fine and i can change colors .
Can any one please help me , I don't know what to replace exactly
i was going to but a new keyboard but i'm not sure if this is the problem
May be there it's a chip problem ?!
Any suggestions will be appreciated , Thank you in advance for your attention

I suggest you try a new keyboard. If that doesn't help, then it might be a motherboard problem.
First, be sure it's not a Windows or software problem. Run ePSA or clean install Windows to test that theory.
