MX14R2 Headphone jacks won't work
Hello everyone,
After installing Windows 10, my headphone jacks don't work anymore. The device manager only shows my bluetooth headset and the laptop speakers. I only get sound from the speakers.
I have installed the BIOS 8.1 update and a creative lab driver (Audio creative W74 5NJ7K A01-setup ZPE.exe) but with no results I need to edit a video in a couple of days, and would like to use goo headphones, not my workout BT headset.
I also have "Razer surround sound" installed but everything worked fine before the upgrade.
Any advice is appreciated

Hello,
Unfortunately, according to the policy document, the M14x series will not be supported on Windows 10. Some users have successfully installed Windows 10 on these non-supported systems. But they did all the driver investigation (example = installing 7/8/8.1 drivers) to force it to work. Dell does not have the resources to do this on non-supported systems. You could also try posting this on the Notebook Review and Alienware Arena forums for assistance.
