My Alienware Computer Has A Bad Wireless Connection

So, i got my brand- new 900 quid alienware computer 3 weeks ago, and to my surprise, the connection was incredibly erratic. 3 bars, 5, 4, 2, all over the place. so not only did it take 5 days to re-download all my games on my previous dell (which was 5 years old when it "died" and was in the exact same Place in my house my alienware is in now) but the connection is so bad i can't play any online game for more than 5 minutes ( e.g World Of Warcraft) until it just disconnects. both my xbox 360 and 6-year-old laptop stay at a constant 5 bars at all times, which makes me wonder why this is even happening. i've tried moving the router several times (which is just a room away, mind you) but still, nothing.

Not only that, but quite a lot of youtube videos have a green screen unless i go full-screen, and sometimes even that doesn't help.and for some reason my keyboard is set to US settings even though i live in the UK, and whenever i change this on the main menu it goes back whenever i restart. I know i'm not the only one who is having these problems since i have looked through the forums, but nothing seems to have been done about it. I would like to get what i paid for.
