New Aurora R6. WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hi, so I just received a new Aurora R6, it started up fine at first. I went to download McAfee AntiVirus and the computer crashed during the install of McAfee. It auto restarted going through errors until it came upon WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Since this may be referring to a hardware problem I took a look inside the PC and it seems built and wired fine. I turned the overclocking off and am still running into this error. Another solution that may be viable is tuning up the voltage on the processor, however I am kind of sketched out to tamper with that. The other possibility is that McAfee may have caused the crash and boot up error. Just to clarify I can't get access to windows to make any kind of changes, just BIOS right now because the computer keeps auto-restarting trying to fix an issue out of its reach.

What do you guys think?

Thanks.

    Hi Venomdiddles‌,

Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.

Also, if you can access Recovery Options try to restore from a previous system restore point.

Talked with Alienware Technical Support, and basically came across a faulty processor core through the diagnostic test. Going to be returning the unit and trying again. Thanks.
