Hello

I haven't even tried to fix this for about 12 months but thought I would give it another go. I have a R4 17 alienware laptop my pride and joy now it is just a curse. A gaming laptop that I cant play games on. 

I get the little red cross on the speaker and no audio device installed error. 

Now I have tried everything! Installed new drivers countless times, flashed bios ( this would fix sometimes ) taking out battery and restarting would sometimes fix. If its been on a forum I have tried. Even paid a professional laptop repairman. I seemed to know more about it and how maybe to fix it. 

Please help!!
