NO order confirmation after 4 working days

Hi, I ordered an Alienware Aurora in UK on 19th Sep, and the order acknowledgement was received immediately. However, i havent heard anything back about the order confirmation after 4 business days! This is ridiculous because the only way to track the order is to have the order confirmation number. But apparently I dont have it. I cant image why it takes so long just to confirmation the order. 

My bank card for purchasing is still functional now, so i dont think there is any issue on it.

when i sent the order, i found the displayed shipping address looks incomplete, and i was unable to change it. so i was willing to double-check the shipping address with the Dell service. However, obviously i can check it without order confirmation number!
