Nvidia 580m Graphics Card error Code 52 and blue screen

This is a alienware m17x r3 laptop

After I kept gettting blue screen of death, i restored to factory setting but discovered a problem with my graphics card

When i go to start menu>computer properties>device manager> nvidia geforce 580m GTX there is an exclamation mark on it saying there is an error

"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

I have downloaded latest drivers but it always comes up failed and if successful the problem still persists

also when i go to the nvidia control panel and click on it it says "you are not currently using a display attached to an Nvidia GPU"

"the device is not using any resources because it has a problem" also appears

even when i try to update it it says it is already up to date
