Optical Drive issue
Hi! I have a problem with my Alienware 14; wish u could help me out. The CD-ROM isn’t working, It seems that no driver is installed and I don’t find the hardware in the device manager either.. What should I do? Any advice would be welcome. Thanks, Dan.

Try re-seating the electrical drive connection.
See Service Manual if it doesn't just pop-out.
