hi

I am facing some problems with headphone/laptop speaker. If i connect the head phone to the audio jack, i hear no sound in the headphones but rather the sound continues to play from the laptop speakers. Now if i reboot with the headphone connected, when the system restart, the headphone works, but if i remove the headphones, the laptop speakers does not work.

I have tried reinstalling drivers several times it doesn't help.

Also sometimes i hear a buzzing sound just once after a fresh restart and system hangs for some 5 seconds then everything is back to normal.

Has anyone faced these problem with their alienware laptop ?

Is their a fix for this problem ?
