Sleep/Shutdown issues on windows 10
I've got the new Alienware 17R4 and when I shut the top of it and open it back up from sleep all I have is a black screen and curser no log in screen at all
No Events found!

Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.
Also make sure the BIOS is up to date, as well as the video drivers.
