Some keys on keyboard typing extra letters & digits
I ordered an Alienware x51 and the keyboard that was included is not working correctly. For example if I press the R key it will type "bgr4". It will do the samething if I use it with my laptop too. Also other keys will do similar things. I have sent two emails in the last 2 and a half weeks with no reply. It is the holidays so I can understand the delay. Is there any way to fix this? Or does my keyboard need to be replaced? Thanks in advance.

Yes if you tested in another computer and the issue persists then yes it might be the keyboard the one damage.
