Support Issue

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to voice my issue, if it is not I apologize but I am getting fed up with the phone technical support.

It started around 8/15 when it was determined that I had a pump failure on my xps 720H2C, due to the part not being in production anymore it was decided to send me a new computer. Up to this point I understand the time that I spent but when I received the computer, I found out it was refurbished, it had a fan failure, so I called and a BIOS update was done after which the computer would no longer start. Many phone calls and replacement attempts later it was decided to send me another new computer. This new computer does not meet the specs of the first one sent, I mentioned it during the call describing the computer and he said he would call me after the computer arrived. I waited a couple of days without a phone call so I called and he was not available but I was told I would receive a call back on 9/25, it is now 9/29 and I have still yet to receive a phone call. I called them today and after 2 incorrect transfers I was disconnected due to a maintenance issue.

Being at the end of week 8 and still having problems that should have been resolved in less than 2 weeks, I am curious what others believe my next step should be, at this point I have heavily considering going elsewhere for my next computer which is a shame since up until August I never had an issue with Dell's support.
