transferring ownership
I purchased a system from a pawn shop, how do I change ownership if I do not know the previous owners name??

You need ask the seller about the original owners details: Name, Address, phone number etc... or ask dell invoice.
Then transfer the ownership here:
www.dell.com/.../IdentifySystem
If you dont know the previous owners will not be possible make transfer.
