The Hardware ID seems to be for the OSD driver, try to re-install it using the latest version from this link. I also recommend you check this article to make sure you've installed all the drivers in the correct order.
Thank you very much for your immediate response. The information was very helpful indeed. I reinstalled all the drivers in the order that you had mentioned and uninstalled and reinstalled the OSD driver which fixed the problem. Thank you again for your speedy assistance!
