Upgrade to windows 10 audio problem

Hi, 

For audio related issues after the Windows 10 upgrade, follow the steps below.

1. Uninstall the existing audio driver by going to Program and Features inside the Control Panel (this will be listed as the Realtek Audio Driver).
2. Download and Install the latest Realtek audio driver from our Dell support site, or simply run Windows Updates.
3. Restart the system after installing the audio driver.

I just did what you said i will have to give it a try out and see so far seem okay. [:)]

Now my alienware audio icon will not load when i restart computer i have to click on it to get it to start so not sure what to do about that is there a way i can down load it or something.

hope i can get help so i don't have to call tech support

Does that mean there is no audio on the system until you click on the icon? I'm not sure which audio icon you are referring to, can you provide a screenshot?

im not sure how to take one but say i turn off my computer then turn it on i have sound just the alienware audio icon of a speaker does not load so if i wanted to mess with my headset i have to type in the search to find alienware audio then click on it then it will load and then be in my system tray next to my cloak 

never mind i got it to work i reinstall the audio driver and it fix it
