WARRANTY POLICY
Chris_m, I'll ask again. Could you please post a link to the warranty policy for Alienware owners? It would greatly alleviate our confusion to what IS, or ISN'Tcovered. Since there seems to be so much confusion on the subject.

iaminfamous,
We do not split out product lines. All we have is this generic Dell Terms of Sale, License Agreements & Policies

Enter your service tag number. That page has links concerning warranties etc.. Took less than a minute.

Or we wouldn't have customer service reps voiding warranties for upgrading our ram...

It has your warranty status. It does NOT tell you what dell's policies are. THAT is the point here.

I'm not sure why you are having problems finding this info www1.euro.dell.com/.../service-contracts
I think you need to be logged in for this link, but I suspect its available elsewhere, because there are various different warranties depending where in the world, so when logged in it shows exactly which warranty you have.
