You can upgrade to a total of 16GB RAM running one of the following speeds: 1333 MHz, 1600 MHz XMP or 1866 MHz XMP. There's four DDR3 DIMM slots inside the R3 so your upgrade depends on how much ram you have now and and how many slots are free.
2133MHz will probably work but not a guarantee, the R3's 128 bit dual channel DDR3 SDRAM bus width only supports up to 1866 XMP MHz like mentioned above. and you're welcome. :)
If you want faster RAM I would highly recommend to the Corsair Vengance series which offers great peformance for money it is around £70 for 8gb @ 2000mhz.
