Ever since I got the X51, I have had an issue where I if I enable PCIe Gen 3 in the BIOS, I cannot play any games that are DirectX10 or higher without them very quickly running super slow after a minute of running perfectly normal. DirectX9 games and lower work fine for some reason with no slowdown. If I disable PCIe Gen 3, then everything runs normal again. Why doesn't PCIe Gen 3 work? Aren't I getting less performance by having it disabled?
