Question

I am running a dimension 8400 with a Geforce 6800 256mb video card on XP Sp2. I just picked up a 2007wfp to replcae my 19' lcd. So far i am not to pleased with the 20'.   THe max resolution i can choose on the Geforce 6800 is 1600x900. Is this correct? I have read the GF6800 will run higher.   What else can i do to get the best picture? I am about ready to go back to the 19'.   thanks.

I was able to get it to run the 1680x1050 display by using hte dell driver. Shouldn't i be able to use hte nvidia driver? Otherwise Battlefield2 complains about the driver being old everytime i start it up.

1680x1050 is native resolution for that monitor. make sure you have all the drivers installed and that the video card can support the widescreen format which is 1680x1050.
