45 minute startup

My 8200 takes 45 minutes to start up.  I have eliminated almost everything from the startup menu in msconfig.  I've gotten rid of any new programs installed in the last week (since it started).  Once its running it's fine, but it also takes a long time between changing users.  I've run disk cleanup, defrag and every sypware program we have (adaware, spybot, spyhunter, cleanup, etc.) What next?

Try to boot up your windows XP (i guess you are using it:P) then choose the "recovery" and follow the on screen information. if this don't sort the problem, try to do a complete reinstall whit a complete formation.
