Personally I would never overclock a graphics card. My 8800GTS runs hot enough as it anyway on the stock speed.... A friend of mine nearly lost a 9600GT when it first came out due to overclocking it...
DOUGLAS666 what pc do you have? i have the xps 720, got the core upto 630 and the memory upto 945 and stared to see artifacts on the screen is this due to the memory speed , as soon as i seen them i reduced the speed immediately
ps how do you keep your card cool? i have the graphic card fan on 100% oc idles temps dropped to 45c using gpu z

I have a 410 with a Q6700 and four gigs of 8500 Crucial Ballistic ram. I added two 80mm exhaust fans to the rear of the case and I also installed a gpu fan directly above the 8800gtx card. If I increase the gpu fan speed from 59% to 70%, my temps run about 60 degrees and the fan noise is not much louder then stock.
im going to run a 3dmark 06 test while monitoring the temps, im trying core 640 memory 940, gpu z says my card is running at 47.8 and ntune says 56c lol it also says the core is 648, did you use ati tool to scan for artifacts

wow 3.16ghz and that was with a dell lol what was your cpu temp sorry mine doesn't peak 35c but then again its a small oc as for temps i think ntune is well off its displayin voltages problems aswell for some reason, i use gpu z

Your CPU temps are extremely low. Good job with that accomplishment. The lowest I can achieve running at 100% is about ICC. The experts say that spud's run hotter then processors and it is safe to run them up
>ICC. ICC is the highest mine has been while playing Doom.
