Alienware black screen help

Well when I start my computer  it's a Alienware aurora R3  it turns on the Alienware screen pops up then the screen goes black like it's trying to load it flashes once and then goes black again And it has a curser mark on the top left corner. I tried using F8 and it doesn't work at all hitting escape doesn't work the only thing that works is F10 and F2 is there anything I can do.
