Another Dim 4600 PS

Clients Dimension 4600 purchased 15 OCT 2003

 

Trouble starting for 3 days, followed by total non-response.

 

Replaced Power supply with off-the-shelf CoolerMaster

 

Works fine.

 

56 days left on two year warranty, but not worth the hassle to deal with tech support for replacement.

 

I wonder what the failure rate is ...
