Thank you Ralph. I guess I was a little hasty in wanting a reply so soon, please excuse my ill manners and accept my apology. As for Goon Boy and Henry, who are you two anyway? I saw your reply's and your right, you can't beat the price but that is one reason I bought a Dell is I heard they had good tech support. Besides, it's not like I ask for help all the time. If you care to look at my number of visits, they totalled 2 when I logged on this morning. I pride myself in not asking anyones help unless I really need it. Thanks once again Ralph and I won't bother anyone again until I need more assistance.

Some times it take a little while to get a post answered, some one that knows the answer has to read it. Please feel free to come to Delltalk and ask as many questions as you want. We are all customers just like you. You wrote;

Please do not call us Tech. Support , that is almost a swear word in this Forum . I guess technically DellTalk is a part of Dells Tech. Support, but we are not Dell employees and a lot of the Dell Talkers are equal to or better then Dells Tech. Support, present poster is not included in that group.But please feel that you can post as many question as you like, eventually you will always get an answer.

Sorry Marvin, I did not realise that you guys were not actually Dell Tech. support people. And you are right by far about you guys knowing more than them. From what I read it sounds like you guys know a heck of alot more than Dell Tech. Thank you for straightening me out on that one. I will return as I think that Dell has employed a bunch of ding bats sometimes. All in all I have so far been happy with my purchase from Dell and the support after having only had my first system for 7 months now. Everyone here seems so nice and as informative as possible. Thanks once again and will return.

Dear Henry, I did take it the wrong way and thank you for clarifying it for me. You and Goonboy seem pretty nice and I am sorry I misunderstood. You two are right though, the price is good and I will continue to visit when I need more help as I have only had my pc for 7 months now. I have learned alot but have oodles more to learn and with the help of this site I believe I can accomplish it. Bye for now.
