Bad_Pool_Caller

Need some help with this error message/Blue Screen of Death. Bad_Pool_Caller.  Brand new (4 days old!) Dimension 4600/XP Pro/512 RAM - have rolled back drivers, disconnected and uninstalled everything I can find. I believe it's related to the cable modem ( Surfboard 4200 Motorola). USB connected. Only crashes when online. Primarly with Outlook and opening a hyperlink from Outlook. Dell's email support has been quite frustrating.

Any suggestions?
