BIOS Administrator Question

Hello I'm running on a Dell Dimension XPS T600

when I was in the setup menu I accidently loaded custom settings and for some reason it made it so that i cannot access or change anything in the setup menu. It says and administrator is the only one that can do it. How do I get around this so I can control my computer.  Thanks!

You don't have to take the computer apart, but you do have to open the case and set the jumper to maintenance mode.
