BIOS error when updating
Thanks for the link but now I have another problem. It states the following message after i get a 2 tone beep when clicking on the 4100_A10.exe file on my desktop:
This BIOS cannot be reflashed because of installed memory managers
Any ideas of what to do? I will also post this in another room (the dimension-->BIOS)
Hope someone can help me out

Thank you for using the DellTalk forum.
You have the right file, but the wrong version.
There are 2 bios updates on the same page.
The (Non-Packaged) version, and the (Floppy) version.
You need to download the (Floppy) version:B4100_10.exe
Once you have downloaded the file, put a blank formatted disk in the system.
Double click the file, and follow the prompts to create the bios upgrade disk.
Once the disk is created, leave it in the system and reboot the system.
The Bios upgrade will occur as the system boots up, and reads the disk.
