Boot into DOS - access to c: drive?

When I use a floppy (DOS) boot disk, I have access to the a: drive but not to the c: drive. I'd like to run the Guest program with my old external zip drive to assign this hardware a drive letter. This would allow me to copy some files onto the c: drive (if I had access)...any suggestions? Thanks

You didn't say what version of Windows that you have but if you are running Windows XP and it came from Dell then the drive is formated with NTFS. NTFS partitions are not accessable in DOS.
