Why are you trying to BOOT into your BIOS?
If you are booting to the windows Login then your computer is boooting fine. The problem then resides into windows.
Try booting into winows safe mode. Hit F8 and select Safe Mode while your computer is booting.....and try logging in as Administrator into 2000. Then you should have permission to remove the Avery software there.
