Burned Cd's not working.
Does anybody have any idea why a burned data cd might work in some machines and not in others of the same style and operating system. This involves a sales\marketing problem for the company I work for, and we use burned cd's to hold product data and pics of our services and equipment, yet it seems the disks only work in certain machines and not in others.

Since 640/74 is the only recognized CD-R media standard, that might be a place to start.
What sort of errors are your irate customers reporting?
What presentation software are you burning with?
