Callwave - IAM - inetmib1.dll error

Just wondering if anyone has Callwave Internet Answering Machine installed on their PC and gets an error message at startup saying "Unable to load inetmib1.dll Contact Callwave.com.... You may experiance connectivity problems." Been in touch w/Callwave and they are no help. Reinstalled 3 time to no avail. The program works fine but it is a pain when this windows pops up occasionally. Any Ideas?
