CD-R add ons

CD-R stands for CD writable which is only writable u cannot re-write to it. Each CD-R can hold about 16 songs after your 16 songs thats it. but u must put all 16 on the first time or you will not get another chance.

You can leave the session "open", and this will allow you to add more after the first session, but you WON'T be able to listen to the CD until you "close" the session after you add the last file! Closing the session encodes the table of contents and makes the disk readable in most red-book compliant hardware. CD-RWs allow you you to add or remove files, but they rarely play in standard (red-book) consumer CD players. Get yourself a CD/ MP3 disk player (AWIA and Sony make them now) and you should be able to do what you want by putting the songs on a CD-RW as MP3s. The machines read them just like a CD, and you can put up to 10(!) hours of music on a single disk. Pretty cool, and they aren't all that costly considering what they do.
