Are you running Windows 2000? If so look at the search results at www.microsoft.com that I found: http://search.microsoft.com/search/results.aspx?st=b&na=88&View=en-us&qu=PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
One section in the link upbove suggested that it could be a bad memory stick. Go to google and search for memtest and run it as instructed. HTH!

Call Dell tech support right away.  They will run you thru some tests to see if they can fix it or send someone out.  How long have you had it.  If its still under the 21 days, you might want to get rid of it and buy something that has a better upgrade path, and for the better games. Good luck to ya

Responding to Earthling: I have the XP Home edition and a Dimension 3000.  I have tried a lot to solve this and it appears that there is something in a loop that causes the CRASH.  I also beleive that if I were running XP Professional I would be better off?  Any Suggestions?  My current Operating system is XP Home Edition, I think its weak?  Any Comments?  Please help, I cheerish all feedback.  I can't afford another computer and tyhis one was an E-Bay purchase so theres no going back.  Happy Trails Group!  I need Guidance!
